I am a high school senior with a learning disability, and I want to attend Georgia Tech. What will I need to do in order to register with your office?
All prospective students regardless must contact the Office of Admissions and proceed with their guidelines.
After a student is admitted to Georgia Tech, an appointment can be made with the ADAPTS office. The student should be prepared to provide a copy of his/her documentation which will be evaluated.
Though I am registered for services at another college, I wish to transfer to Georgia Tech. What steps will I need to take?
To receive classroom accommodations through the ADAPTS office, the prospective student should make an appointment with our office after being admitted. A student has the power to request a copy of their documentation and/or the record of accommodation from their previous university or college.
